What do I need to focus on over the next three months?
Past
A clever juggling act. An effective balance of opposing priorities. Calm mediation and tactful negotiation leading to mutually satisfying solutions.
Present
A happy home. Friends and family. Health, harmony and happiness. Hard work, good planning and clever use of resources resulting in a fine harvest. Affluence, luxury, satisfaction.

Sailing into smoother waters. A voyage – perhaps of discovery, or of escape from a difficult situation. A safe harbor awaits you.

I am having lifechanging surgery in December. So maybe the two of coins points to all the tests I've gotten out of the way. The four or wands I'm not certain of and the six of swords points to perhaps a journey into a new healthier life?
The four of wands here is about security to me. Be secure in your decision for the surgery. The 6 of Swords is definitely a "better times ahead" for you. Good luck!
Definately. You did the work, juggled everything you needed to do (doctors, family, etc.) and now you're in a good place to make the decisions. Going forward it will be much better. Best wishes!
Very best of luck for it. I think that Arwen and Mary's analysis is spot-on. It's been a big decision with many things to consider. Things are far happier now the decision is made, and in the future, you will sail into smoother waters. Looks like a very positive outcome.
