Am I supposed to be using reversals when I read tarot?
Past
The dreamer. A warm, loving and romantic youth, one fragile and easily hurt. Messages about emotions - eg love letters.
Present
Matriarchal Authority. Fertility, creation, nurturing love. The Earthly Feminine. Collaboration, co-operation, working together. The earth’s natural abundance and balance. Emotional intelligence.

I am really unsure of how to interpret this reading. All three of these cards are ones which I rarely pull in readings, especially for myself...
I would say the pages denote you are still in the process of learning, the first one is more intuitive and talented - that could be you with your natural ability to use the cards, the second is more practice-oriented, probably denoting you having mastered the first stages of working with the reversals in the future. All you have to do now is be the Empress: accepting, receiving, willing, creative.
